Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis keeps of financial and economic data which is available for research and public on website under Federal Reserve Economic Data section.Under which they have data for exchange rate of US dollars to other countries.They have record from as early as 1971 for some currency.All these are updated every week.They have data available on daily, monthly and yearly basis.
This data can be viewed on there website in graphs and also can be downloaded in csv format.
Foreign exchange data is usually visualized between two currencies.However comparing multiple currencies or with other financial data can show very interesting and usefull information (like how one country is fairing in comparing to other in Foreign reserves) if proper visualization is selected.
