Reaction: The Value of Information Visualization

This papers mainly put stress and tries to explain importance of Visualization.In paper author discusses about value of information visualization and compares with other sources of representing data.Paper touches topics like statistic and data mining to evaluate Infoviz usage.Author states that Infoviz is usefull for exploratory tasks and can can help in formulating better questions about data.

I liked Cognitive and Perceptual Argument most.This section i think was very prominent in showing how and why Infowiz can be useful .I think author has provided good examples and stated his points through examples really well through which author was able to convince importance of Information Visualization.
