This article appears to dive into more detail about the "overview, zoom and filter," mantra from the last two articles. It seems to decompose the actions a little better. This could be useful for fine-tuning a visualization, once a good, broad idea has been implemented following the parameters in the prior article.
At the outset, the paper separates InfoVis into two main components: representation and interaction. We've seen that elsewhere, particular in the DCog paper. It does a good job of motivating the need for interaction research, as well.
