Viz: Migrations Map


This is an excellent example of HTML 5 visualization. The map shows the number of migrants in a country from different countries and the number of migrants leaving a particular country. Clicking on a particular country shows arrows pointing to other countries from where the migrants came from or where are they migrating depending on the selected option. Hovering on a particular country gives various statistics about the country.

What I liked the most was, this site uses an offline caching mechanism, which means, it will download the whole site data in your browser cache.
